Check-in & Check-out Check-in time is from 4pm local time on the day of arrival. Check-in takes place at our managing agent in Kissimmee which is approximately 5 miles from the villa. The managing agent will require a security deposit of $300 which is fully refundable, assuming no breakages or damage. The security deposit usually takes the form of $300 "marked" against your credit card - i.e. never actually charged unless we need to invoke the security deposit.
Check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Our managing agent will perform a walk through with you, immediately prior to your departure and confirm the refund of your security deposit.
Should you have special requirements for check-in or check-out please do ask. Later check-out times at peak periods are difficult due to the workload incurred in turning the villa around for incoming guests. |
